These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the KumetR mobile application (“KumetR”, “the App”), developed and operated by Ippon. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these terms.
Use of the App
KumetR is a tool for karate coaches to manually review and tag kumite match videos for performance analysis. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for having the right to use and analyze any video you link to or upload.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Shared Data
Athlete and competition records are shared across all users of the App, to avoid duplicate entries for the same real-world athlete or competition. Your match analyses (video tagging, statistics) remain private to your account.
Video Content
KumetR does not host video content itself. YouTube videos are played back via YouTube’s own player under YouTube’s Terms of Service. Uploaded video files are stored in Ippon’s Microsoft OneDrive. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any video you add to the App.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access other users’ private analyses, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Availability
KumetR is provided “as is”. We aim to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
