Delete Your Account
To request deletion of your KumetR account and all associated data, send an email to hmap@hotmail.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject line “Delete my KumetR account”.
Once we verify your request, we will permanently delete your account, including your email address, login credentials, and any athletes, competitions, matches, and video analyses associated with your account. This process is completed within 30 days of your request.
Videos you uploaded that are stored on our OneDrive storage are deleted as part of this process. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention.
